Blessings on the New Year!  I hope you had a wonderful Christmas season, and a good beginning into this new year!

Over the holidays, three of our members entered eternal rest.  The service for celebratingRolland Hellquist’s life is this coming Thursday, January 4, at 11 am, with visitation at 10 am.  The service celebrating Blaine Edmondson’s life is next Thursday, January 11, at 11 am, with visitation at 10 am. There will be a luncheon served after both services. The service celebrating Ethel Holmes will be held at a later date.

Thank you so much for your financial giving and gifting over the holiday season!  All of our members and friends received an update on our financial standing, and if we continue to work through these next weeks, I believe we can return to a strong financial base in this new year! Thank you for your continued prayers for our church and also for our neighbors and friends who are struggling this season.

There will be a special congregational meeting this coming Sunday, January 7, for the purpose of discussion and voting on the potential sale of what many of you know to be Outlot A. The meeting will be held immediately after worship at 11 am. All members are encouraged to attend this important meeting!

This coming Sunday, we enter the season of Epiphany!  There will be two baptisms and a fun service, hope to see you here!! (and online if you are part of the livestream congregation).  Also, the Men of Peace will be serving Pancake Breakfast that morning for you to enjoy.
