VACCINATION CLINIC: MONDAY, OCTOBER 10TH.
If you are interested in receiving the updated Booster, please text me to make the appointment at 612.280.6493. I will need your first and last name, and I will text you back an appointment time. This clinic is open to all who are 12 and older and desire the updated Booster. All minor children must be accompanied by an adult. Your appointment is set only when you have received a text back. If you are not able to text me, you may call me on my cell and I will verbally assign you an appointment. Please use my cell number, 612.280.6493, for setting your appointment. You may also see me on Sunday morning to set up your appointment. We will also have the flu vaccination available, please let me know if you desire both.
