Peace Lutheran Church has been blessed with many talented musicians. On regular Sunday mornings, we have three worship services with

Like a good cup of Lutheran egg coffee...
Celebrating the beauty and history of the Lutheran tradition with Holy Communion, liturgies, hymns, organ, piano, Chancel Choir and Ringers of Peace. A variety of traditional music including classical, gospel and global, are integrated without being formal or stuffy. Kimberly Akre directs the Chancel Choir. Trychia Borgstrom directs the Ringers of Peace bell choir.

Chai tea for your soul...
A simple, 45 minutes of peaceful reflection with piano, vocals
and acoustic instruments, calming contemporary liturgies and Holy Communion
every week. A service of acoustic reflection spiced with the inspiring piano and vocals of Gregg Inhofer. A member of the Minnesota Rock & Country Hall of Fame, Gregg’s special gift is finding the sacred within the songs of secular culture, although he often composes original pieces for worship at Peace. Trychia Borgstrom designs the Essence worship experience, directs the Infusion Choir and leads congregation song. Kimberly Akre also accompanies.

A double-espresso worship experience!
Rock ‘n Soul worship you can dance to, featuring PLC (Perfect Love in Christ) with Holy Communion three times per month. Led by Doug Ness, Director of ReNew! Ministries, PLC was invited to compete for the title “Best Praise Band” at Club 3 Degrees, the Midwest’s premier Christian music club, in 2006. PLC’s new CD “Send Me Out,” featuring some of their most popular Praise and Prayer music, can be purchased at the church during office hours for $13.00.

WORSHIP AT PEACE
At Peace, we believe that worship is a participatory activity. On Sunday mornings we gather together as Christians to participate in worship--not just to watch it happen. Through songs, words, and actions, the congregation is always involved in the process of worshiping God.
A meaningful worship experience depends on the talents of many different people. You can get involved by serving as a worship assistant: usher, greeter, acolyte, reader, communion server, etc. The Worship Ministry coordinates the involvement of all these volunteers, makes decisions regarding the way we worship at Peace, and continues to look for new ways to enhance the congregation's worship life.
